Which payment methods are accepted?
You can place your online order using any of the following options:
- All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
- Paypal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- AfterPay
I have just completed my order, but need to change details, what do I do?
You can contact us at hello@zenvibes.com.au with your request to make any changes to your order & we can check the order status. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to pay the return delivery fee if needed.
What is your return/ exchange policy?
Our goal is to provide a high- quality product and an outstanding customer experience. We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at hello@zenvibes.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return authorisation number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For all returns, the customer will need to pay the associated delivery fee.
