Elevating my heels made an immediate difference to my squat depth and took the pressure off my ankles. The sandpaper surface grips well, no sliding, even barefoot. Being a pair rather than one board means I can adjust my stance too. Light, simple, does exactly what it should.

Currently rehabing an ankle sprain with multiple ligaments involved and this set of wedges has been so helpful in building strength and confidence in squats, knee bends and calf raises. I love the versatility of the 3 pieces that can be stacked and flipped.

I’m in love with this wheel. The mix of wood and cork is equally soft and stable. The first time I used it I felt such reflect in my thoracic spine which I had been craving for a long time. Plus the design is beautiful and timeless.
